Pearl Abyss dropped the first major post-launch patch for Crimson Desert on March 28, 2026. Patch 1.01.00 is now live across Steam (PC & Mac), PlayStation, Xbox, and Epic Games Store.

LOoking Ahead
Patch 1.01.00 is a strong first post-launch update. The movement overhaul alone makes a noticeable difference in how the game feels moment-to-moment. The five new mounts give endgame players meaningful targets, and the QoL changes address many of the community's most common requests.
Pearl Abyss has also released hotfixes 1.01.01, 1.01.02, and 1.01.03 since this patch. We'll cover those separately.
