Les ailes jaune vif sont bordées de bandes noires ou brun-gris sombre. Des pois marquent le centre des ailes antérieures et des marbrures subtiles apparaissent sous les ailes postérieures.
Bright yellow wings are bordered by dark grayish brown or black bands. Small spots mark the center of the forewings, and subtle mottlings appear on the underside of the hindwings.
