날개 윗면은 옅은 회갈색에 뚜렷한 원형의 눈 모양 반점이 앞, 뒷날개에 두 개씩 있다. 날개 아랫면은 윗면보다 색이 연하고, 두 줄의 가느다란 갈색 줄무늬가 날개를 가로지르며, 눈무늬가 더 선명하게 보인다.

The underside of the wings is lighter in color than the upper side, with two thin brown stripes crossing the wings, and the eye patterns appear more clearly.
