T4Plate Boots of the Shadows
Plate boots once worn by Beloth, the Darksworn. The black plates extending to the ankles interlock tightly to eliminate gaps, and the sharp, tapered toes are crafted to crush through ice and snow. Traces of treks through the mountain's blizzards remain, causing a faint trail of black frost to follow whenever the wearer walks upon the snow.
