T5Skyblazer Cloth Cloak
A cloth cloak once worn by Balthazar, the Wyvernflame. Its front is tailored to hang low, shielding the chest against a wyvern's sudden thrashing. The number of studs on the clasp denotes the wearer's rank; only the commander is entitled to bear five.
