顆粒粗大，帶著灰褐色，散發淡淡香氣，味道樸實。外型跟小麥很像，但只在山區才找得到，尤其是埃爾南德一帶的山裡特別多。

Its thick, grayish-brown kernels carry a subtle aroma and a mild flavor. It resembles wheat, but grows only in the mountains, particularly abundant in the highlands of Hernand.
