Bell 4: Toll of Demeniss

LOCATION

Inside the tallest clocktower in the capital city of the Demeniss region (the central region of the world map).

HOW TO REACH IT

• Travel to the capital city in the Demeniss region.
• Find the tallest clocktower in the city.
• Climb to the flagpole hanging on the side of the clocktower.
• Hang from the flagpole — your weight will push it down, which lowers the bell from the top of the tower.
• Climb up to the top floor and ring the now-lowered bell.

NOTE: This is one of the trickier bells to find. The bell icon does NOT appear on the map until you've actually activated it. Look for the tallest structure in the city and investigate the flagpole mechanism.
