The Hernand bell is inside the clocktower in the northern part of Hernand town — the main hub city you'll visit frequently throughout the game.
HOW TO REACH IT
- Head to the northern section of Hernand town.
- Look for the tall clocktower — it's a prominent landmark visible from most of the town.
- Climb up the tower using the available handholds and ledges.
- Interact with the bell at the top to ring it.

Ringing this bell clears the fog around the central Hernand area, revealing the town and its immediate surroundings on the map.
